Updates...Sort Of...

As most of you know, I was released last Sunday as the Enrichment Leader. After speaking with Sis. S. Victory today, I know that there have been some changes to Playgroup and the Fitness Group. To my knowledge, what has been done is Playgroup has been combined with Fitness Group on Wednesday. At this point I am unsure as to whether they will occur simultaneously, or one after the other. I would assume that information will be passed out in church on Sunday. Whoever is called as the Enrichment Leader (or RS Activities Leader, as it may be called with the changes that occurred in October) will be shown how to access this blog and will be able to update you with RS Activities. The Fitness Group, Playgroup and Handicraft Classes will soon fall under the Ward, rather than the RS. This is also due to the changes that occurred during October. As best as I know it, the RS/Ward will try to continue the activities that have been well attended so that you are not without them, but I cannot speak for the RS any longer and apologize if there are changes I am unaware of. I will try to update what I can and what I am informed of until the new "Enrichment" Leader is called. Thanks!

PS - I am not sure if the time has changed for the Fitness Group, so keep your eyes/ears peeled.

Playgroup Changes

Please notice that there are changes to the time and location of playgroup (on the right-hand side of your screen). Remember that you don't have to have a little one or currently have children in the home to come. The ladies hold a discussion group during playgroup that is of interest to any woman of any age.

This week (tomorrow), the topic to be discussed will be inexpensive day trips and things to do with your family.

As you probably guessed there will be no playgroup on Thanksgiving, so as a heads-up, in 2 weeks the group will discuss inexpensive gifts for the holidays.
